Sho reports that 33 miles north of tho island sho found a ship's boat, also a quantity of wreckage, which is believed to belong to tho Koombana. The captain thinks the wreckage is coming up from the bottom of tho sea. Perth, April 6. Tho Mayor has opened a relief fund in aid of the sufferers by the Koombana wreck.
