POLITICAL TROUBLES. 'By Telegraph->Prers Association—Copyright Vienna, April 5. The Hungarian Government has suspended the constitutional rights of Croatia, the politicians of irhich are accused of a desire to disturb the relations with Hungary. The Croatians have retaliated by proclaiming a boycott of everything Hungarian.
