DETEOIT-PEKEMARQUETTE RAILROAD. By Telesraph—PreEa Association—Copyricht (Kec. April 7, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, April 6. The Detroit-Peremarquetto railroad is in tho hands of receivers. The lino operates over 3000 miles in Ohio, Illinois, and Ontario. The Railway Commission refused to allow tho issue of the additional bonds said to be necessary in order to meet cer- • tain maturities. Mr. Pierpont Morgan us I heavy stockholder.
