And just when Wu hear news of another congress of the catechol's of all France which ds to be held in J'aris under your presi-ileiu-y, we learn also time, by the mercy oi' God and tho i'iirr;iy of ifoiul r-oopli', this work has niado such progress that tho number uf pious ladies, who effectually labour for the sound education of children, amounts to 10,000. Therefore this is a ease where, dear son, We must arid Our hearty congratulations to tho eulogies tvlreadv'passed. This We do with (lei't) satM'acli'Jii.
