A special meeting of tha members of Beresford Street Congregational Church, Auckland, was held on Tuesday evening, for the purpose of considering Iho question of securing a successor to tho Rev. Henry Steele Crnik, who has taken charge of the Mount Eden Church. It was decided to invite the Rev. R. Mitchell, of To Kuili, to fill the pulpit for tho ensuing twclvo months.
