A RINGLEADER ARRESTED. By Tolejraph—Prese Association—Copyright Paris, April 3. A man. named Elazins, an alleged anarchist, hag been arrested for harbouring Bcranot, one of the three men arrested iu connection with the recent motor-car outrage at Chantilly, and who were also wanted for a series of murders and highway robberies. (Rec. April i, 12.10 a.m.) Pavis, April i. Carrony, ono of the ringleaders of tho motor bandits, has been arrested.
