Tho Minister for Defence notifies in thl Gazctto that, overy male inhabitant, liable to military training, who has not already registered, must do so on or before May 31, 11112. , Any person failing to register is liable to lio fined £5, to be excluded from the Government service, and to be denied enrolment as an elector.
