Inspector Doyle reported on tho affair as follows:—"Some- thousands of persons assembled in front of ihe General Post Office Ibis afternoon, in consennce-o of the attached advertisement, and traffic was badly obstructed. 1 sugge-t that Mr. .Tansen be prosecuted."
