PLOT TO STEAL .CGO.OOO. Hr relceraph-Press Aosociatton-Corrrtehl (Eec. April 3, 1.0 a.m.) Paris, April 2. Two men named Prevost and Conlond have been arrested for loitering otitsido a bank awaiting the exit of a messenger carrying 1,500,000 francs (about CGO.OOO) in cash and securities. Prevost has confessed that he had intended to stun or poison the messenger, and had arranged with the driver of an automobile to aid his escape.
