DE. SUN-YAT-SEN'S MISSION. Br Telegraph-Press Association-CopyriEht (Rec. April 3, 0.10 a.m.) Peking, April 2. A Belgian syndicate has-handed a loan of a million and a half taels to the Republican Government at Wuchang. Tho opposition to the Premier, Tang Shao-Yi, is growing in North China. Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen, head of the Provisional Government, has vacated office. He intends to devote himself to travelling in China, and enlightening tho people on tho principles of Republicanism.
