Mrs Spencer Beard (Mastertnn), who has been spending some years in England for the purpose of completing the education of her son and daughters, returned to Wellington by the Rcmuera yesterday, accompanied by her two younger daughters. Thev are at present the guests of Mr. aud Mrs'. Bucholtz, in Sydney Street. Miss Heard has remained in England with her Ifrother, the Rev. Gascoigne Beard, who has been ordained recently.
