INSANITARY FOUNDLING HOME. By Teionraplt-Fresa Association-Copyrlgnt (Rcc. April 1, 0.15 a.m.) St. Petersburg, April 1. An inquiry at tho Zemstro Foundling Home at Saratoff, in South-east Russia, revealed terrible overcrowding and iusanitariness. Forty per cent of the children admitted during tho last two years had died.
