THIRTY-SEVEN MEN MISSIXG. Ej Telegraph—Prosa Association—Copyright (flee. March 31, 5.5 p.m.) Santiago de Chile, March 30. The nitrate steamer Foxicy (4274 fous Rross) has hcon wrecked. A boat containing the captain and three officers has been found, and .search has commenced for tho other thirty-seven members of the crew. The vessel was insured for .Cl'-'O.OOO. Tho Foxley was built in 1906 at Newcastle, and is owned by tho lieliance Shippinz Comnany, Ltd.
