FIRE AT RUNANGA.
CO-OPERATIVE COMPANY'S BUILD. ING DESTROYED. (By Tclceraph.—Press Association.) Grcj'tnouth, March 31. A disastrous firo occurred at RunanM early on Saturday morning, when the Co-operative Company's iino building, together with its largo stock, was destroyed, nothing being saved. It is surmised that Ihc lire originated in a chimney near tho bakehouse. It was discovered by th« baker. There being no fire appliance! (he building hod to left to burn. Fol a time Sir. Luckily (hero was no wind, otherwise more damage wmld have been done. The insur* mice on die co-operative company's stock was .-CUDO, and on the buildings ,£350. Thu saic of, the company's came througji the fire intact. The books were found to Ire slightly charred, but it is expected they will 'be decipherable.
