Ware-ham, junior) (ho statement of iinnncv.s showed total (bbt.s aHioiintjiisr to .ESDI lit-. lOd.. and nssels amounting io .-!tt39, leaving a total cU'Hciciuy of XiU 4s. 10d. The assets included book debts amounting to J-'l.'iS, csliinatc'il to produce ,£()!), and ca.-h in •hand .tTO. 'J'ho creditors, all unsecured, were all owed small amounts with the exception ol A. A. Moore, Johnsonvillc, wholesale butcher, the amount; of liis debt being £181 Ms. 10<l. Other creditors were: V. Lucas, messenger, Government lSuildi;i"s .fci r >; S. J. Maguivs, bookkeeper, .£2l i:;i. On behalf of Ja::ies AVarehain, jun., Mr. M'l.irath asked that a full statement of assets and liabilities as at the first meeting of creditors, aad as at tho hccond meeting, hlrauld be placed before tho creditors. Tho nii-cting was continued on Saturday. After som« discussion regarding tho books, the meeting was adjourned 6iue die.
