HIGH COURT MAKES AN ORDER,

Tho latest development in tho tramways case brought in the Federal Arbitration Court in connection with the Queensland strike is that the High Court has granted an order nisi on tho application of the Melbourne Tramways Company to restrain Mr. Justice Higgins, President of the Federal Arbitration Court, from proceeding in any tramway matters on the ground of lack of jurisdiction.
