SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for moderate southerly and wosterly winds, with fair to cloudy weather cenerally. The baromotor has a rising tendency. Tho barometer has risen everywhere during tho night, and moderate to strong westerly and southerly winds havo prevailed, with changeable weather, and rain has fallen in many parts of the country.
