(Speciallj written for The Dominion.] THURSDAY'. Brown Soup. Baked Shoulder of Mutton. Onion Sauce. Potatoes. Cabbage. Fruit and Sago Pudding. FRUIT AND SAGO PI'DDIXG. Half a clip of sago, 2 cups of water, fruit, a little sugar. Soak the sago for an hour in part of the water, and then pour the remainder of the water over it when boiling. Butter a pie-dish and put slices of apples, quinces, plums, or peaches in the dish until about half full Sprinkle sugar over and cover with the sago. Put little bits of butter oil the top, anu bake for about an hour. Servo with cream. This is an excellent pucldin" for children. ° . FOR TO-MORROW. Olio Fish. Celery. Stock. Quinces,
