THEATRE TCOYAL. Tlio present Vnndcvillo Company appearing at tlio Theatre lioyal is dimvini; !, r <xxl "houses" nightly. Ring and Millard, described as Knsland's premier comedy and dramatic artists, continue to amuse the audicneo, while Roy R«ne, the Ilcbrcw impersonator, keeps the audience in a perfect simmer ot' laughter during his turn. The programme will be repealed this evening, and there will be a change of programme 011 Saturday night. n.'Td.ERS' WCTCRES. The lino series nf kinomatof;raph studies which have been attracting large attendances during the early part, of the week at the .skating Kink will give place this evening to an entirely new series, among which Will he several star lilms of high merit. TUG KING'S THEATRE. This evening, at tho King's Theatre, there will be several changes in thy programme of kincmatograph studies presented by the management of West's aud the Royal Pictures. A reference to our advertising columns will indicate some of the features for this evening's show. THE NEW THEATRE. All sessions of the new Theatre, in Manners Street, were well patronised yesterday, and judging by the applause the patrons feriuod pleased with the quality nf the pictures. "Iler Mother's Love" is the title of a powerful dramatic study by the Reliance Co. A good and realistic talc of cowboys' life out West is depicted in 'a film entitled "Falsely Accused." The programme, which will I)C repeated until further notice, contains a number of other gcod items. STAR THEATRE. The current programme of pictures at (ho Star Tlwntre, Xewtown, was screened to an appreciative audience last evening. Two fine dramatic studies, "Gipsy lilood" and "La .Tacijuerie," head a capital programme of scenic, topical, and comic subjects. There will be a complete change of programme this evening. The principal attraction of the new scries \vill_ be n Vitagrapli drama, "The Freshet," a talc of i\ tlood, which unfolds a lomaiiccof much' interest to all lovers of this class of film. Other dramas to be shown are "The Housekeeper'"' and "His Real .Mite." A novelty that appeals to all is "Who's AVho in Doggielond," "A IJudo Cowboy," and "Winning an Heiress" will provide laughter, and the usual I'atho Gazette will show interesting events from everywhere. SIIORT'FS PICTURES. The management of Shortt's Continuous Picture Theatre, Willis Street, were placed ill the position last evening of being unable to accommodate all desiring to gain admittance. A capital programme of scenic, comic, and dramatic films was presented. "The Lyons Mail" is the title of a remarkably fine dramatic study, and was lunch appreciated by those present. Another fine dramatic study is 0110 entitled "Pull for the Shore, Sailor," an excellent subject by the Edison Company. Another copy of "Tho Vengeance of Lieinius," which was recently destroyed, has been received from Sydney, and will be screened again shortly. PARIS THEATRE. Tho new programme presented by the Paris Prize Picture Company last night attracted a large attendance. The various subjects presented were of an unusually fine class, and all new to the public. Tlio great naval review of tho American fleet of 102 vessels in November last, is one of the finest items yet shown here, and gives au excellent idea of America's fighting power. "The Bucking Tironcho" is ;tn amusing 'Wcstcin comedy, full amusing incidents; "From Life to Death," "His Dream," "The Downfall of Man," and "The Great Wrong Righted," aro other studies of exceptional merit. "Matilda Chased," and "llow Tony liecame a'Hero" are amusing comics. The competition for the most corrcci answer to the length ill feet of one particular picture shown on the screen for a prize value three guineas was awarded to Mr. A. Johnston, Brooklyn. To-night the same programme will be repeated, with the usual prize'Of three guineas in value. On Saturday tho first prize matinee will be given, and every .child attending will receivc a present.
