EMPLOYERS' COMBINATION IN THE HOUSE. DANGER TO THE MINERS. (R*c. March 26, 0.5 a.m.) London, March 25. The "Daily News" states that there are powerful groups of Liberal and Conservative employers in the House of Commons who favour delay as the best means of breaking the Miners' Federation and countering the menacing demand for more wages in all industries. The presont peril is that the crisis may unite Conservatives and Liberal employers in tho Houso of Commons against Labour, which would he disastrous to the peaceful handling of the now urgent wage problem. "The Times" states that the Government intends passing the Bill whatever t.ho conference decides.
