iVANGANUI BOARD AND TEACHERS' INSTITUTE. (By Telegraph.—Ptces Association.! Wanganui, March 25. An echo of the Stagpoolo case was heard at the Board of Education to-night, when a resolution was passed drawing tho Teachers' Institute's attention to the action, of Mr. Parkinson (secretary of the Institute), in obtaining confidential information and then breaking faith. All the members of the board paid ft tribute to the manner in which Mr. Pirani had conducted the case for tho board.
