4 SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for strong westerly winds generally, and changing to southerly soon in the southern ' districts. The barometer has a falling tendency in the north, but a rise is expected shortly in the south. Unsettled ami cloudy weather probable on the West Coast and southernmost districts, and changeable fair to cloudy conditions elsewhere. Showers are probable iu many parts of the country. Tho barometer roee steadily in the north on Saturday and Sunday morning, but has fallen steadily in the southern dis-> tricts.
