TOURNAMENT AT BULLS. CHALLENGE CUP FINAL. (Br TelearaDh.—Sosclal Oorre*Donaen»A Bulls, March 23. The annual tournament of the West Coast Polo Association was held at Bulls during the present week and concluded to-day with tho customary sports meetintr Six teams, namely, Parewanui A and B, Ranffitikei A and B, Patea, and Fern Flats, entered for tho Challenge Cup, and some fine play was witnessed. On Wednesday, Rangitikei B (R. Dalrymple, W. F. G. Levin, J. G. Wilson, and R. Levin) played Parowanui B (F. Robinson, A. Anion, J. M'Kelvie, and W. M'Donnell), and the former won by bis S tuwniui-A (D. Scott, L 31-KcWe W. Scott, and N. Scott) played Fern Flat (i Smith, J. Smith, H. Cameron, and A. Cameron), the same day and scored decisively by ten goals to two. On Thursday, llaaißibkei A (H. Wilson, K. Dalrymple, H. White, and E. Wilson) had rather a hollow win over Patea (G. M'Kenzie, E. Parsons, E. Symes, and B. Gordon), by nine goals to nil. Parewanui A team then met Bangitikoi B and the former team had tho better of things, although Raaigitikei B kept them going throughout the game which eventually, ended with tho. score six goals to two. , This left Parewanui A and itangmkei A to contest the final, and, as was especfed, it was a strenuous struggle. The fortunes of the teams fluctuated, but at the end of the seventh spell the 6cores were even—five goals each. This necessitated play being continued on until ono side or tho other secured an advantage. In the eighth spell neither team scored, bnt in the ninth, Scott placed another goal to the credit of Parewanui, who thus carried off tho Challenge Cup for the year. Mr. Pearce. M.P. Jer Patea, who was amongst the visitors in attendance at the tournament, handed over the trophy to.ihD vinneM with appropriate congratulations. - Tho honours of the handicap event foil to Patea, who with a seven-poiiit handicap met Fern Flats (3 points) in. the final and scored S goals to Fern Flats 5, thus winning by thirteen goals to nine.
At tho polo sports to-day there was a largo attendance and there were some ciciting contests. Results:— Bending Competition.—L. R. M'Kelvie. 1; J. M'Kelvie, 2; R. Dalrymple, 3.

Ladies' Bracelet.—Jtrs. Cameron's Vixen, 1; Mrs. Cameron's Gammy, 2; Miss Pearco's Clean Sweep, 3. Final Go.—Mr. 11. Cameron's Little Mary, lj Mr. L. M'Kelvie's Muskerry, 2; Mr. ]■]. Newman, M.P., presented tho prizes at tho close of the sports.
