ENCOURAGING DEVELOPMENTS. By TolciraDn—Press Aisoplntloo—Ooovriihl , London, March 22. Mr. J. D. Henry, tho oil export, interviewed on his return from New Zealand, 6aid recent developments in connection with New Zealand's oilfields wero most encouraging. Petroleum developments along an All Red route show, added Mr. Honry, that it will bo possible to maintain ample supplies along tho Empire's ocean routes. Ho advocated that obsolete battleships should bo utilised as oil tanks.
