Bacon. Totaloes, flreen peas. Pineapple soul Flee. West Hiding pudding. SUPPER, Tressed brisket of l>eef. Salad. Raspberry sponge. Pice mould. Stewed fruit. WEST HIDING PUDDING. Six ounces flour, three ounces sugar, three ounces butter, two eggs, jam, one teaspoonful baking powder, a little salt, three tablespoonfuls of milk. Cream the butter and sugar, odd tho eggs (unbeaten), with tho milk; beat well and then add the Hour and baking powder. I'lnvour with a little essence. Put half the mixture into a buttered modish, (hen n layer of apricot jam, and then the rest of the mixture. Bake about threequarters of an hour. Servo with arrowroot sauce.
