NEW DEMOCRATIC BILL. By Telegraph—Pre;s Association— Copyright. (Rec. March 22, 0.15 p.m.) Washington, March 22. It is understood that the Democratic Leader in the House of Representatives, Mr. Underwood, will introduce- a Wool Tariff Bill levying a duly of 20 per cent, ad valorem on raw wool, and identical with tho measure which passed the House of Representatives last summer, but was subsequently vetoed by the President.
