BRISBANE STRIKE CASELABOUR ORGANISER SENT TO GAOL. By Telesraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rco. March 22, 9.15 p.m.) Brisbane, March 22. An interesting case arising out of the lato strike was before the Courts to-day. Munro, the organiser of the Australian Workers' Union, was charged with attempting tb procure persons to do grievous bodily harm to non-unionists, and also with publishing seditious matter. It was stated that Munro urged the strikers to see that non-unionists met with accidents. Munro was found guilty of sedition and sentenced to six months' imprisonment.
