NEED FOR CO-ORDINATION. By Teleerapb-rroßj AMOclatlon-Oooyrigtal London, March 21. Lord Eshor, In a. paper read at tho Eoyal United Service. Institution on "Co-ordination of tho Naval and Military Services," declared that tho Imperial Defenco Committee was the moat eilectivo method of co-ordination yet devised. Ho hoped to see tho Dominions sending representatives, and thus taking a long step towards federation of the Empire. The ties with tho overseas Dominions were mainly sentimental. Although there had been Tecent indications of tho Dominions' willingness to assist in tho defence of tho Empire, if any nttempt wero made lo coordinate Strategic plans it was not impossible it would provo disastrous.
