Tho "Times" Romo correspondent states that tho Italian peaco terms demand the recognition of Italian sovereignty over Tripoli and Cyrenaiea, the withdrawal of all Turkish troops nnd officials, and tho re-establishment of tho status quo with Tegard to Italian residents in Turkey. Italy, on the other hand, will recogniso the spiritual authority of the Khalif, will givo religious liberty to Moslems, will guarcnteo the Ottoman debt creditors, and will purchase Turkish Government property in Tripoli and Cyronaica.
