What amount is now available in cash or investments for the purposes of renewals. 5. Whether tho corporation will be in a position, when so required, to find tho moneys required for the renewal of the lines in tho central portion of tho city without asking the ratepayers for a loan. (i. Whether, if the interest had been charged as suggested in Paragraph 3 hereof, the tramway system would have, in every financial "year, shown a loss or a profit, and, in everv year, what loss, or what profit, would have been shown. 7. What amounts tho Tramwav Department has paid in every financial year for work dono by other departments. S. To what extent the Tramway Department. receives preferential treatment in respcct of charges for water.
