ITALY'S PEACE MINIMUM. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrieht (Rec. March 20, 0.5 a.m.) London, March 19. Ueuter's Agency states that Italy has informed the Powers of the minimum nhe required as tho basis of peace negotiations. Tho Italian Note is of a conciliatory character, and has inspired tho Powers to continue the efforts to end the war with Turkey.
