DEATH ROLL REDUCED TO TEN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Coovrlebl ' London, March 18. In connection with the loss 0/ Iho liner Oceana, tlio Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company state that seven passengers and three European mombers of the crow are missing. Several bodies hnvo been washed ashoro nt Eastbourne. The "Pall Mall Gazette" says the alleged bad behaviour of Lascars on board fho Oceana must be rigidly investigated.
