TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written fcr The Dominion-1 TUESDAY. Roast Stuffed Pork. Apple Sauce. Beans. Potatoes. Tapioca Snow. Stewed Fruit. , TAPIOCA SNOW. One cup of tapioca, IV cups milk, 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of water, sugar and flavouring. Soak the tapioca all night in a cup of cold water. Next (lav boil it with the milk until soft. Stir in the cream, sweeten (o taste (or the sugar way no omitted), and add any flavouring liked, Pour into a mould to set, and lc: ' n nearly cold whip the cream. Stir lightly into the tapioca, and pile ou a glass dish. FOE TO-MORROW. Xcck of Jlutton. Carrots. Turnips, Cabbage. Jam. Batter* lat for Frying.
