HALIFAX THE TERMINAL PORT. Toronto, March 10. It is nnder.-tood that negotiations nro pending for the establishment of another fast Atlantic steamship line. Halifax, Xova Scotia, is to he the terminal port. The lino will probably work in connection with tho Intercolonial Railway.
