Jlr. William Hobbes will bo a candidate for the vacancy created on the Eastbourne Borough Council by (he resignation of Councillor Bannatyne. An election of four members of tho Victoria College Council caused by tho retirement of Sir Robert Stout and Messrs. 0. "Wilson, 3. 0. W. Aitlcen, and 0.
