Palmerston, March 15.—Showery morning; torrential rain, floodlnß the streets, in tho afternoon. Feilding, March 15.—Heavy intermittent showers all day, and wet nifflit. Wanganui, Maroh 15.— Warm, cloee weathor, and frstjuent heavy showers. Hastings, March 16.—Kne. with warm temperature.
