Tho Labour Council considered tho Melbourne Trades Council's resolutions condemning the increasing of, armaments by the nations favouring persistent agitation for disarmament, and asking the Trades Councils of Australia nnd New Zealand to appoint representatives to a conference in Melbourne in April next. Tho matter was referred to tho executive of (he Commonwealth Trades Union Congress.
