The Now Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., Palmerston, report: —At Palmerston North on Thursday a moderate entry of sheep and cattle came forward. (Palmerston), report as follows:—At Palmerston sals yesterday there was a good yarding of sheep and cattle. At Pukckohe yards on Tuesday there was a full yarding of cattlo of all classes, which sold at fully late rates. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report having held their usual weekly fat stock sale at IVcstfield on Wednesday, March 13. A moderate yarding of prime b3ef 'sold fully up to last week's rates, at equal to 255. to 265. per 1001b.; medium, 225. to 245.; inferior. 205.; cow and heifer, 225. to 235. Pork: A fair yarding Choice porkers sold at equal to 6d. per lb.; heavy, at equal to sd. per lb. Messrs. Abraham and Williams report that at their Ma.rtinborough Eale yesterday they had a heavy yarding of sheep, upwards of two thousand being yarded, together with 50 head of bullocks.
