Tho revenue exceeds ■£300,000,000. the quinquennium witnessed an excess of revenuo over expenditure of .£IOO,OOO. Tho formation of a free cash reserve and tho redemption of £20,000,000 of State debt is proposed. Tho ordinary expenditure increased by 20 per cent in four years.
