4. THOROUGH SCHEME OF ORGANISAi TION. (Dy TelcEraph— Press Association.) Auckland, March 14. At a full meeting of the Auckland executive of the Political Reform League -Air. Massey iiifsicicd. It was reported tlmt ii thorough mid comprehonsivo scheme of organisation had been adopted, which provided for the establishment uf a branch in every electorate of tlio province, and for a provincial council of tho league, which will hold an annual conference in Auckland city. This council will consist of an executive, three delegates from each branch, and the Reform members of Parliament from the Auckland province. A number of oflhor imuorlant details were decided upon, including tho selection of red, white, and blue in a distinctive design as the official colours of the Reform party. Reports from various sources indicated Hint the party was gaining adherents in largo numbers'every day, that it was .now infinitely stronger ilinn prior to tho last general elections, and that it was ready for another election at any moment, in confident assurniieo of a grout victory. At the meeting of tho Auckland Exocu> live of the Political Reform League, speeches wero made by members of tho executive and by the M.P.'s, in which the most cordial praise was accorded Mr. Massey for the manner in which he had fought for the rights of the people in tho recent short session, and this speakers expressed enthusiastic faith in Mr. Massey 's' ability to lead tho party to a' sweeping victory in tho interests of true government. A proposal to establish , a political reform club in Auckland was considered and unanimously approved, a committco being elected to make inquiries.
