SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for a falling barometor everywhere, with mild and changeable weather, increasing liaie and cloudiness, showery in parts, and freshening northerly winds generally. The barometer rose rapidly during Tuesday night, with strong southerly winds and heavy rain in most parts of the country. Considerable rain was reported today in the north, and hazy and cloudy weather are also much in evidence. D. C. BATES. Meteorological bmee, Wellington. March 13, 1912. DISTRICT REPORTS.
