Some men ambushed »on both sides of the road iired at six men driving home from a hurling match at Gort, Gulway. All six were wounded, two of them seriously. No arrests havo yet been made. Judge Kenny, in opening the Roscommon Assizes, declared that there was evidence of an organised system of terrorism in the district.
