TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Douihion.l TI."ESI)AY. Boiled Pickled l'ork. IVase Pudding. Parsnip". Potatoes. Cocoa Sponge. COCOA SI'ONGH. One pint milk, loz. gelatine, 2 tablespoonfuls cocoa, 2 tablespnonfuls sugar, white of oiio egg, .'. tea-poonful e.-sence of vanilla. Soak the"gelatine in a little of the milk, boil the rest, add the cocoa and sugar mixed ni a smooth paste, with a spoonful of the milk, mix in thi> gclutine and stir until dissolved. Pour into a basin and when cold and beginning to set, mix in lightly the white of the egg, beaten to a stiff' froth, and the essence of vanilla. Pour into a mould and leave until set. The cocoa, gelatine nnd mill" mixture should be stirred now and then while getting cool or it will look patchy. FOR TO-MORROW. Two Pounds Tomatoes. Stock. Two Rabbits. Bacon. French Beans. Apricot Pastry.
