KOTE OF WABXING GIVEN. In a recent address, Mr. J. A. Ruddiek, dairv and cold storage commissioner, deplored the green condition of cheese shipped from Canada to Great Britain, and uracil Canadian makers to hold their product until it was matured. Immature cheese from Canada, he said, was responsible for the really low prices secured bv Canadians in comparison with those secured bv Australian makers. Australasia was likely, ho said, lo l\|e first place in the international trade in dairv exports before many years. To-day the' United Slates was first as a cheeseproducing country, Great Britain second, and Canada third.
