NAVY ESTIMATES.
FOUR NEW DREADNOUGHTS. By Teleerauh—Presi Atsocfatlan—OopyrJcfii (Rec. March 10, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 10. "The Times" announces that the Navy Estimates will total .£43,250,000,. as against for 1011-12. The new construction will include four Dreadnoughts, but the Admiralty has determined., to build two keels to one in caso of any ship being built in Germany above tho number specified in the German Navy Law.
