ELEVEN MONTHS' INCREASE. A revenue return to February 29, for the eleven months of the financial yoar shows a gross increase of .£703,103, railway revenue Bhowine such a big upward movement that it is likely to approach a total for the year nearly a quartor of a million sterling in oicess of tho previous period.
