AT PALMERSTON AND PEILDIXO. (Br Ttlccraph.—Sisccinl' Corresr.ona'onM Palmorston, March 4. Members of the Uruguayan Agricultural Commission—Sonors Carlos Pradori (president), Juan A. Alaroz, Hilario A. Urbiim, .Torgo Mullin... Carlos M. Saralcgui, and Samuel-Moreira Acosta—arrived in Palmorston to-day, and were .mot at the railway, station by Messrs. J. A. Nash (Mayor), D. Buiek, M.P., and a number of members of the Manawatu A. and P. A'sociaiion. Tlio party'wore entertained at lunch at the Royal Hotel by Mr. P. A, M'ltardv, ox-prosirlent of the A. and P, Association. After lunch the Uruguayan visitors were driven in motor-cars to the Diinnylhorpu Dried Milk Factory, in which (hey displayed much interest. They were also interested in the appear, anco of the country which they passed through. The party afterwards returned to Palnicrston. where the Show Grounds were inspected, and were then driven to othor parts of tho district, finally being) conveyed to Feildiug,
