The Methodist Conference decided t« establish home mission stations at Runnnga (Nelson), Gonvillc (Wsnganui district), Wellington South, and Gisborno. An extra minister Ims neon appointed for Christchurch North, to reside at Now Brighton. ( It was resolved that tho next annua; conference be hold in Wellington. A proposal that tlio conference be held ia Christchurch was defeated by a consider, able majority.
