[Special!/ written for Tug Douikion.] TUESDAY. Grilled ebons ami tomatoes. Potato chips. Vegetable marrow, ('urate puddings. Stewed fruit. CURATE PUDDINGS. Two eggs, their weight in Hour, butler, and sugar, flavouring, and a little salt. Beat (ho butter to n cream, stir in tho sugar, and beat until smooth and light; add tho eggs, which must he well whisked. Sift in the flour and flavouring, lintter tome small tins, fill rather more than half-full, and bake from 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with sweet melted butler or custard. The move tho mixture is beaten the better the puddings will be. It must be beaten at least fifteen minutes.
FOR TO-MORROW. Two pounds steak, tomatoes, broad, beans, parsley, apples.
