DISTRICT REPORTS. (From Our Special Correspondents.) Wanganui, March 2—Dull day, with heavy rain in tho evening. Otaki, March 2—A wet day. Fcatherston, March 2—Overcast, with light showers. Shannon, March 2—The weather is muggy and showery. Palmerston North, March 3.—The weather hae been showery to-day, and all throughout Saturday. During Saturday night the wind changed and blew strongly from the south, being accompanied by heavy squalls of rain, which continued throughout Simday. Feilding, March 3 — Saturday waa line in the morimig, but rain set in in the afternoon. The rain continued through the ni"ht, and until Sunday afternoon.
